Clinical treatments are just part of the recovery process for cancer patients. Rehabilitation from cancer is a challenging journey made easier by being connected, educated, and engaged. Survivorship NOW can provide these much-needed opportunities.
Dragonheart Vermont is able to offer these wellness programs because of the generosity of the people in our community who helped us raise the starter funds for Survivorship Now through our 2011 Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival. It is our sincere hope that our community will open their hearts and wallets again to support Survivorship NOW in providing wellness opportunities for cancer survivors in our area.
