Dragonheart festival Join Dragonheart Vermont in a celebration of sisterhood at the 4th annual Sisters at Heart Celebration Saturday, August 1 on Vermont’s beautiful Lake Champlain. It's a special day of paddling workshops, music, racing, food and fun just for breast cancer survivor teams like yours. The day's highlights include:

Power Up Paddling Workshop with Montreal's 22 Dragons coaches
In the Pink Stretching Workshop with Kevin Kwan
Sisters Sing-a-Long Workshop with Vermont's best acappella group
A delicious Lake Champlain lunch cruise on the Spirit of Ethan Allen
Sisters 500 meter Friendship Races with Coach John Dyer
Ben and Jerry's ice cream social

And Saturday’s festivities are just the start! On Sunday August 2, all Sisters at Heart teams will be honored guests at the Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival, joining 75 Vermont community teams for a full day of racing, entertainment and fun. Breast Cancer teams will compete in their own division and race for the Sisters at Heart Challenge Cup. Each participant will paddle in two 300 meter races, receive a festival T-shirt and a medal!
